Photo release & privacy notice

The short version (plain English)
- The group selfies you take in the app are saved on your phone only. We don't upload, see or collect them.
- No tracking, no accounts, no ads. The map just shows the stops and the walking route.
- If you tap Share, the photo goes to the app you pick (Instagram, Facebook, Messages…). Those apps have their own rules.
- Only if you switch on "Okay for Hattiesburg After Dark to feature my photos on its social channels" and tap Submit on a photo can that photo be sent to the event team, who may post it. You can switch it off anytime in Settings.
- You can delete everything from your phone in Settings → "Delete my photos & progress".
Photo release (placeholder text) [VERIFY with counsel]
By turning on "Okay for Hattiesburg After Dark to feature my photos on its social channels" and submitting a photo, I give [ORGANIZER LEGAL NAME / ENTITY – TBD] and its event partners (including illumibot.AI as Presenting Sponsor) [VERIFY: which partners] permission to display, reproduce and post that photo and the caption I wrote, on the Hattiesburg After Dark website, app and social channels, for promoting the event, for [DURATION – TBD]. I can ask for a photo to be taken down by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL – TBD]. I will not be paid. I understand people in the photo may be recognizable.
Kids and teens [VERIFY with counsel: COPPA / state law]
This event is family friendly, and the app is designed to work without collecting personal information. If anyone in a photo is under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to the choices above for them. If anyone is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian agree too. The app asks you to confirm this before the photo-featuring switch can be turned on. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
