On every show night (Oct 23–25 and Oct 30, 2026, 7:00 PM–10:00 PM; Sat Oct 31 was canceled due to rain) and during setup, our crew and partners photograph and film the projection shows and the crowds on the public sidewalks and streets of downtown Hattiesburg.

By attending, you agree that you may appear in these photos and videos, and that we may use them, without payment, to promote Hattiesburg After Dark and future events: on this website, on social media, in news and video coverage, and in print.
🤝Crowd shots for partners & sponsors
We may share crowd and event photos with our presenting partner (illumibot), our sponsors, host businesses and the City, so they can show the event too. We share the event, not your personal details.
✋Rather not be filmed?
- Tell any After Dark crew member.
- We'll do our best to keep you and your family out of the shot and won't use footage where you're the focus.
🧒Kids
We try not to film children up close, but with crowds it can happen. Wide crowd shots may include kids. If your child appears in something we post and you'd like it removed, email ross@illumibot.ai and we'll take it down.
Photos sent through the app with a child in them are never published automatically unless a parent or guardian confirms; a person reviews them first.
🤳Your own selfies
The selfies you take in the app stay on your phone unless you choose to share them. If you do share them with us, we only feature them with your permission. See our privacy policy.
🗑Takedown requests
Spotted yourself or your child and want it removed? Email us a link or screenshot. We'll take it down from everything we control (our website and social accounts) and ask partners to do the same.
